    What an incredible amount of content! So nice to finally have a decent chunk of reading, none of this 200 page bs the other light novels i read are. A large amount of story progress, solid character building, none of the important characters are left out, hints at new kingdoms and the tiering system threshed out more...     Another enjoyable entry in this series. Now the group have access to professions it is time to craft up a kingdom. Everything from potions to nails is required. With the huge academy hanging off their sky shard hiding just went out the window. So go big or go home. Lots of fun with a great team of characters. We learn more about how the world works and what is needed to progress through the layers and ascend. We also see how several other groups are doing. The burger court was my favourite as far as weird goes. The cat as a merchant was also amusing. An ambush predator as a merchant tickled my fancy. Looking forward to seeing what happens as everyone gets dragged in by the storm.

    Ok so I really like this series but this book just felt odd. It was all crafting. The Burger Queen really made me laugh . . . but has no connection to the plot in this book at all. No big battle or climatic ending. Just felt kind of wierd.
