A good day for Jeannie means a blustery wind, racing waves and salty rain. She lives with her husband and two dogs, make a lot of soup, plays too many computer games and loves watching movies.

    I love this series! I had so many questions as I was reading, though. Its been so long since we saw Culpepper; did he always have a speech impediment or was that a result of being imprisoned for so long? How long were all those people locked in the portal world; did they go home or did they disappear, and what happened to Danny? The book ended too abruptly—I turned the page fully expecting that there were at least a dozen more chapters. More please! Please hurry with the next book!

    Sometimes investigations take you to places you don't want to go. This is one of those cases. Our heroine has a choice to make: pursue the leads wherever they take her, or hide. Forever. Not sure that second one is really an option.

    This is book six in the series. It is written as a standalone, but it also links pretty directly to the previous book. You can enjoy this one on its own, but it will be more enjoyable if you have read the previous book(s).

    I have loved the author's Wonky Inn series and this new series has the same vibe. The paranormal detective agency is a great vehicle as it give us an opportunity to explore strange cases and even stranger characters. Tying it into Wonderland just adds another level of weird, which is alright with me. The book couples a mystery with a great sense of humor along with plenty of twists and turns to keep the reader guessing. I love the combination as it makes for a delightful read. Overall, another great entry in the series and I am definitely looking forward to more.

    Highly recommended.

    I have always loved fairy tales and Ms Wycherley is definitely a master of her craft. Her wonderfully descriptive stories make them all page turners and this one did not disappoint. Elise is on a case that is very tricky. There are more questions than answers. Elise calls in the gang to see what they can make of it. I stayed up way past my bedtime to finish this well written book. I can't wait for the next one to see how it's all going to turn out.

    This book is well written full of creativity and imagination, it's a fast paced exciting adventures one right after another that keeps you guessing of what the next chapter will reveal. There were so many things going on with interesting characters that were very funny and interesting. I really love this book; it's a great page turning paranormal cozy mystery, good story line, entertaining, fun, and full of action, mystery, magic, paranormal, witches, suspense and humor. This book is a must read for paranormal cozy mystery fans. I can't wait to read the next book in this great series.

    This is written by one of my favourite authors and as usual this book does not let her down. I love her series’s stories all of them. This particular one she gets what she needs to make it a page turner did not want to put it down it was so enjoyable
