    Another beautiful romance by Aislinn Archer.

    This one is the tale of Lyric's mom—a continuation from Mad World. It explains where Lyric's powers come from and introduce us to her mysterious father, the merman (and should be read after that book).

    Like all of her books, the story is wonderfully lyrical, both in the writing and in the music throughout. So much is explained about what happened in the past, and why Lyric didn't know her father. Her parents had a beautiful romance.

    This is another recommend if you like spicy romance with deep feeling, magic, music, and the sea. A lovely addition to the series!
