They are total opposites and yet they find their way to a happily ever after. I loved the dynamic between these two very well developed characters.     I love the former military hero stories. One thing I will say that I didn't like was the use of the term "ex-veteran" multiple times. You can't be an EX-vet, it's just not a thing. If you served in the military previously, you are a veteran. I did like the story though.
