Varg has already completed no few tests in order to consider himself an experienced survivor in this world of zombies. But will that actually be enough? After all, fate is no slacker, the system neither, and it is quite probable that these two capricious ladies have joined forces.
His future involves more tests in new worlds. Will he meet a new friend there? Or will he meet hoary vampires? Or maybe a mysterious lady to rescue in her hour of need. Or perhaps all this and more. Who knows?
Well, the system knows, for sure, seducing Varg with ever newer tasks.

About the author

Oleg Sapphire was born in April 1993 in the city best known as “Little Paris”. He’s always been a good-natured banterer constantly in the thick of his fun-loving friends. This didn’t prevent him from getting two degrees though, in law as well as in IT. He used his expertise in both areas to pen his LitRPG series. His hobbies are archery and reading, but the one pastime that really moves his soul is coin collecting, hunting for rare specimens with quite a bit of history behind them. Ever since childhood, he’s been an artist at heart. His other passion is painting, and he’s made his way through an inordinate amount of books.
Oleg has been surrounded by pets from an early age, so animals take a large place in both his heart and in his books, much to his readers’ joy. Writing is his life and his livelihood; he relates to every moment of his characters’ journeys, sympathizing with them in both his heart and his mind.

Smart choices by the author too: less zombie content, more influential players getting involved, a mysterious ending. Looking forward to when there are no zombies anymore since they’re an indefensibly stupid concept.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2025This was a great read bite holy moly Varg jumps through a portal to somewhere else on earth and the adventure continues outside of Russia, outside of earth, on different dimensions - you name it. We start with a bang and end with one too. Bring on the next adventure!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2025Please read in order. Great fun. A few spots that didn't jibe with earlier work but otherwise a really strong continuation.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2025Its got one big problem. Its two short. I want more. Lets get the next in the series out. Good job
- Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2025I like the series and the character, but this book wasn't what I was hoping for. About 85% was fighting with very little character progression and the end of the book introduced a new plot twist which is my absolute least favorite and undermines the MCs agency. As far as I'm concerned the series is essentially dead.

5.0 out of 5 stars Varg’s tale continues
I really enjoy this series as all my reviews have stated and this one is no different. He sure seems to have riled up the system this time.
I found the end a trifle confusing but I’m sure when I finally get to read the next one, (yes I’m impatient already) it make more sense to me.
I love his sense of humour and how he acts like he truly doesn’t care about anything or anyone, he really does care for those who are able to make it past his barriers.
What I love the most is that he always wins. It may not be easy, it may not even be by much. But so far, he always wins.
I’m not a fan of the MC getting stomped on. I get enough of that IRL. I want to read about somebody who wins, and has fun doing it.
I’m a fan of all of Oleg Sapphires books for this very reason. That in the face of adversity, when things look the most grim, they laugh and do something about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant
Love this series, nice mechanics and a protagonist you laugh at, as much as laugh with. Only problem with this series is the next books not out yet!
