You Can Follow Me is book one of the all new Bad Heroes and man, what a way to start! It does in on a cliffhanger so it can’t be read on its own. I absolutely devoured this book in one sitting! It was so good and captivating that I couldn’t put it down! I loved the banter and the spice was top notch! These three guys (Conor, Luke and Micah) knew what they want…Kara, and went after her. They didn’t give her a choice in the matter. All four of these characters come from tragic pasts and are broken and riddled with guilt. Their stories are breaking my heart! And that cliffhanger! It was a tough one and I’m anxious for the next book so I can see how it is all going to play out.

    I did like the authors writing style so I would be checking out their other books when I have the time. At the very beginning I was enjoying this one. I really liked the connection between Kara and Conor. I felt like they had really good chemistry and amazing tension.

    Once they kidnapped her everything changed. First we got introduced to 2 new characters that were with her but we didn't read about. I started to feel annoyed with all the guys so it made it a bit hard for me to fully enjoy the story. They say they really like her, she's theirs and that they want to protect her but the way they treat her doesn't really match what they saying. Also I get that they themselves went through something bad but I feel like they using that as an excuse to treat her some type of way when she literally had nothing to do with it.

    One thing imma say is that this book had a lot of spice. Like they all couldn't keep their hands off each other. Theres no denying that she actually really liked them, they just needed to talk and open a bit more. They could all have a beautiful relationship if only they would just be honest and put all their cards on the table without any games.

    I am gonna be checking out book 2 cause I am interested in seeing how Karas journey ends but I just need them to emotionally connect a lot more before they keep getting physical.

    I really loved this story at the beginning but then I lost my way and I am not sure I want to continue on with this series. I just have no prior love for Micha and Luke that I'm just emm about them. Now Conor, I was on board w him but some heavy stuff happened to him and he's a changed man. I can see the dynamics of the group and I like what you're putting down but the abruptness of her just going along/ not along[internal dialogue mad 😡] everything just got me twisted. The ending woman, you are just something else!!! I don't know....I'm just not intrigued and interested enough to find out. I'm sorry!

I knew I was in for an amazing read based on the blurb alone. Three brilliant and lethal men who use kidnapping as their love language? Yes, please. Sign me up right now. But once I read YCFM? This book took everything I hoped it would be and exceeded my expectations.

    Kara is on the run, from everything. She’s determined to be so busy road ripping her way cross country seeking out thrills wherever she can that she has no time to think about the academic career she blew up in NY or her bruised heart or her inability to look herself in the mirror. A fascinating mix of sarcastic strength hiding a vulnerable core, reading how Kara’s road trip leads her to capturing the attention and hearts of three lethal navy seals she had three separate flings with along the way, kept me up all night.

    Conor, Micah and Luke, do not know the meaning of the word fail or the meaning of the word no. They let Kara walk away once but they knew her freedom was on borrowed time because her place is with them. Reading about how these lethal, sexy men and Kara dance around (and under) each other, trapped together in the middle of nowhere and push each other to the brink was hand’s down the hottest roller coaster ride I’ve experienced this year.

This book gave It ALL. It left NO crumbs.

    🪢 Kara is a force. One that you are either going to love or h8te and if there’s an in between you may stay there the entire book wavering between each the entire time of the book. But gahhhhh the ending oh I won’t spoil it - but my entire heart fell into my stomach.

    🪢 Luke, Conor, and Micah. These men will drive you to the brink of insanity. In the best ways and in the worst ways. They will turn you inside out and upside down. They’ll make your heart and 🐱 pant in anticipation with what they do next and …. Oh my. Just I am reeling from these men.     This isn't a sweet romance, the love interests aren't good men, they'll do anything to get what they want. And they want her.

    Soooo, this book was a wild ride. I love reading a good Dark Romance and this one exceeded my expectations. There were a few things that made me uncomfortable (not in a bad way, in the "IS THIS TURNING ME ON?" kind of uncomfortable) and I could't decide if I loved our guys or I hated their guts.

    Overall, I really enjoyed You can Follow Me, I loved how this book kept me on my toes and I loved just how morally gray our guys are. I also felt really identified with Kara's fear to compromise, so, yeah. I really can't wait for next book since this one left me SPECHLESS

    So I’m new to Jo Brenner and have no idea if this is her style of writing or this series is just a one off so looks like once I’ve read this series il have to see what else the spicy minx has to offer.

    Now personally I’m not really into M/M but considering the background of these guys and they have to share one woman it makes sense lol

    I mean what else was I expecting when it’s about SEAL men and a very naughty FMC lol
    So these ex SEALs have some filthy mouths, in more ways than one. Have all an obsession with the same woman and they are a bit confused on what’s the best way to get a girl to fall for you.
    But they all keep it interesting and with that cliffhanger. It’s one for the history books.
