Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to look at my books. I write family sagas set in an imaginary village called Stodham, in Kent, next to an actual RAF base called Manston.

I write uplifting stories packed full of romance, friendship, and action. There are heartbreaks, sadness and loss – after all I am writing about World War II – but I promise that all my stories end happily.

My Goodwill House series can be read as stand-alone books or in chronological order. Lady Joanna Harcourt, widowed at Dunkirk, features in every story. However, running alongside her life there is always a romance which, of course, has the essential happy-ever-after ending.

I love to write and knowing that so many of you are enjoying my books makes me incredibly happy.

Fenella J Miller was born in the Isle of Man. Her father was a Yorkshire man and her mother the daughter of a Rajah. She has worked as a nanny, cleaner, field worker, hotelier, chef, secondary and primary teacher and is now a full time writer.

She has over sixty Regency romantic adventures published plus four Jane Austen variations, four Victorian sagas and twentyseven WW2 family sagas. Fenella J Miller now writes for Boldwood. She is a widow and lives in a small village in Essex with her British Shorthair cat. She has a son, daughter in law, and a grandson very much part of her life as well as a daughter, granddaughter and grandson living in the US from whom she is estranged.
