    Bat Out of Hell is a fun and steamy read that will have you on the edge at one moment, then left wanting more. Carla has felt that someone has been watching her for months, on Halloween she find a naked Gabriel outside her window. As the chemistry heats up between them, truths comes out and choices of the future are made.

    Grab fast, a perfect story for the holiday.

    The ninth installment of the "Thirteen Kinks of Halloween" is out - "Bat Out of Hell", and the long wait for the Vampire Story is over. And it is ... meh. Demons, ghosts, pirates, serial killers, and werewolves have all been amazing in this stand-alone novella series.

    The vampire, unfortunately, is forgettable - the "tongue-in-cheek" didn't elicit a single laugh from me. On the other hand, to have eight good-to-great stories (I loved the serial killer one) before an "average" one hits the table is really, really good.

    Looking forward to the next Kink.

    This was one of the hottest stories in this series to date. The thought of being watched while you're alone in your bedroom to find out you really were is kinda spooky but also sexy as heck. The fact that Gabriel has to request an invitation to come inside the house but he also has to request permission to come inside other areas as well was priceless. The banter back and forth between Carla and Gabriel is hilarious and just makes the story all the better. I might just have to go back and reread this one again because it was so fun the first time around I may have rushed through it to the end.

    this was a great vampire erotic novel, I've been enjoying Ms. Nova's work and I've been enjoying these Halloween novels. This was a lot of fun to read and had what I was looking for in this type of book.

    A funny, short steamy and unusual twist romance. I enjoyed the unexpected night visitor as he was old fashioned but knew exactly how to get who he wanted to spend eternity with him. Loved the cliches and the complaints of all the modern day movie stereotypes.
