    El libro es un interesante cuaderno de viajes y su autor, Arturo Pérez Martínez, diplomatico de oficio , un avezado y observador escritor que ha ido recopilando algunas de sus experiencias en sus muchos y variados destinos. Aquí nos cuenta, con una prosa ágil y divertida, anecdotas y peripecias ocurridas en los Consulados y Embajadas de donde ha estado destinado. Muy entretenido y con un estilo ameno, en el que no faltan el rigor con que están recogidas las situaciones embarazosas y sorprendentes, así como el buen oficio literario de su autor.
    Para viajar sin moverse del sillón.
