    What can I say, I like children’s books. 'Chompy the Velociraptor' is a colorful, simple story for young children. It’s suitable for reading to a child or for a child who’s learning to read.

    I wanted to compare reading this book on an ereader and on my laptop. One can read it on an ereader, but you won’t get the full effect since it will be in black and white. The colorful drawings are best seen on a laptop or iPad. Kids can see Chompy with his bright red feathers on his head, which makes him look like he has a Mohawk haircut, and the family dog, who isn’t very happy about Chompy being part of the family.

    A cute, fun story with great illustrations, I give 'Chompy the Velociraptor', 5 Stars.

    Children love dinosaurs but what would it be like to have one as a pet? This book examines what it might be like to have a velociraptor as a house pet. It is fun and geared towards the target age group. The illustrations are cute and suitable for children. This book provides a lot of opportunity for parents to ask the children questions about consequences and makes them think about the suitability of having a dinosaur around people. The book provides a lot of humour. Good children’s book.

    This is a great story and who would not love a velociraptor as a pet? Even if you do not think so, this velociraptor is awesome. I have not met a kid yet who does not love this story!

    A nicely written story with lovely brightly colored pictures that depict the story perfectly. It’s a lovely length that makes it easy for a parent reading to their child or for an older sibling to read to a younger child. What kid doesn’t like dinosaurs? So, the topic is wonderful.
