    I am liking this series so far! I love that Daisy is kind of down on her luck but getting these random high profile cases to look into. I am also enjoying the backstory with the super detective father who she is trying to become like and the missing brother, it's very heartwarming and suspenseful at the same time. Some descriptions are repetitive from the first book (i.e., regarding her father's illness and her place of business) but I am enjoying it all thus far and can't wait to see what happens next.

    LOVED IT! The ending is a cliff hanger so I’m glad I have the next book already ;) this one is another high profile case for Daisy to see if the person was murdered or died of a heart attack. Partying playboy who made his money basically by screwing people over. His ex wife is who hires Daisy to look into it. Lots of twists and turns with great detective work!

    Daisy is distraught looking at the empty office and tables. She has no work to do, the ads did not bring more clients, and soon she will not be able to pay her bills again, until her phone rings. She has a new case, but again, it's in Europe and she'll have to leave her father alone. A wealthy man has died while flying in a private jet with friends. Was it an overdose? Was he killed? Who did it? Daisy works extremely hard to find the culprit and after she's back in the US she just cannot believe how much money she made! A good story and plot, and is an entertaining book. I thank the author for the ARC.

    I never review but enjoyed the first one and dismayed to find cut and paste paragraphs from the first book. Literally, once again the office smelled like a burned popcorn mistake and someone spray painted suck it on the window last week AGAIN? I’m only on chapter 3, and have checked twice now to make sure I wasn’t accidental reading book one again. Hopefully the boiler template stops, but disappointed at lack of effort to create new content.

    I like this series. I like the character of Daisy and the settings and stories. BUT I was extremely disappointed on reading the first few chapters to spot several cases where text from the first book was simply cut and pasted in. This wasn't just an oversight as it was several times and word for word. I'm not sure who is responsible, but it's sloppy work, and really deserves to be re written. I was glad that I had only paid £1.99 for the book, though past the beginning where there was no repetition it was much better. Very short book again, but enjoyable enough.
    As much as I'm interested in reading more of the series I am very reluctant to pay £3.99 for the third book and risk more repetition at the start. So I don't think I will bother unless I see it reduced or free. I don't want to encourage such lazy writing/ editing.
