    This is a great book for introducing yourself to the Deadly Dozen race. Used it to help me prepare for my first race this year. Got me from minimal strength to being able to complete the race. Would recommend this to anyone looking to get into fitness and fitness racing.

    I've bought a few of Jason's books and they are always packed with useful information and written in an accessible and easy to understand format and this book fits that description exactly. I really like that as well as the programme it also contains a log book so you can record your training in a structured way as you progress through the programme. If you want to get fitter and stronger then the Deadly Dozen beginner program is a brilliant place to start.

    This is a fantastic program. I have also purchased the more advanced triad program and the training manual - this training concept is brilliant!
