If you are looking for advice about how to throw a better pizza party when employees are stressed out this book is not for you. Sam gets real and breaks down how to support employees to make their wellbeing a priority.
If you know you can do better in the employee wellness side of things but you don’t know where to start, buy this book. You won’t regret it.

The activity pages in this book are worth it alone!

Highly recommend for anyone interested in learning about, and implementing all things wellbeing at work. Sam’s writing is engaging and insightful with plenty of activity pages to help with translating the principles into practice. I think everyone could benefit from reading this book, both employee and employer!

This book is actionable and cuts through the noise. If you are in a leadership position or setting up a wellness programme this is well worth the read.
