Allison’s sister, Nora, and her husband, Jim, pass away leaving behind their twins, Annie and Jack. Nick was Jim’s best friend and he decides to help Allison with the twins, as much as he can. When the twins’s grandparents decide to file for custody, Nick suggests that Allison and him marry.     I cannot believe another series has come to an end. Nick and Allison were thrown into a situation of necessity because of the death of her sister and his best friend. Nick was determined not to fall. When he entered into the arrangement with Allison the thought wasn't even in his world because he had no thoughts of HEA with anyone. Allison I believe wanted the HEA but not with Nick. She knew she would eventually want it but Nick wasn't on her radar. Her priorities were the twins. The marriage of convenience was quick but the events leading up to the OMG I want this to be real was slow. The ending was fantastic with the duel epilogs. I am so sad we get no more Gran. I absolutely adored her.

    The fake marriage of convenience trope has always been one of my favorite. Even though these two didn’t seem to have fake feelings too long, the chemistry was just that good.

    I absolutely love the Whitley series.
    Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read! Magnificent way to end this series with all the brothers. Absolutely loved the ending! Well done!

    A great storyline, a lovely romantic story, with ups and downs, some sad bits. The 4 year old twins after their parents passed away were looked after by their legal guardian Allison who was the sister of their deceased mother, she also had help from Nick Whitley who was her sister’s husbands best friend. Nick and Allison attended their wedding, Nick found her to be gorgeous, someone he enjoyed being around. He helped out when her deceased brother in law’s parents decided to contest the custody. Such evil grandparents wanting the twins taken away, they had no interest in them and didn’t want their son to marry Allison’s sister. Thats when things started to heat up, a lawyer friend of Nick’s took on the case. He said the only thing that may help their case was if they both got married. There were so many twists and turns. The twins were lovely and Nick loved them. So agreed to the fake marriage. So this is when the story really gets into all the problems they go through to try and keep the twins. A dramatic, romantic story and a lovely HEA. Well worth the read, would definitely recommend this book.

    Well what a way to end a series!!! Nick has been one of my favs for a while and i couldn't wait to read his story. I love a friends to lovers story and this one was perfect. I loved Allison from the moment we meet her and i love how she is with the twins so much. The way Nick supports Allison from the first chapter just melts your heart and i love to see the MC fall hard and he certainly does that. Add the meddling family you know you’re in for a wild ride. I loved every moment of this story and will miss the Whitley's so much but will def re-read this amazing series for a long time to come.

    The final single Whitely brother. Nick is the only brother left single, but when his friend Allison needs some help with custody of her niece and nephew, he finds himself in a fake marriage.

    This was very much a slower burn romance, both want what is best for the kids, so neither wants to cross the line of their fake relationship in case they ruin what they have.

    Nick was such a sweetheart, helping Allison anyway he could and putting his own lifestyle on hold. Its clear they both find the other attractive, but it takes a while for either of them to make the move to make it more permanent. They have some great chemistry.

    If you've read the other books in the series, Grandma Jeannie doesn't have anything to do with this pairing, although she does encourage them.

    All the other Whitely brothers make an appearance, along with their other halves, but it will be sad to say goodbye to them all.
