Great for a free read! I think Glynn is better at long stories than short stories...I've read every single one of his books. This is the first story that didn't really capture my attention. But then again...it's 20 pages and he's offering it for free. It's more of an introduction to his writing style than anything. If you like fantasy, science fiction, plot twists, magic, space, steadfast heroes, imaginative universes...then Glynn has something for you. I highly recommend the Starship's Mage as your first read, if you're into both magic and space.
