Falling for the billionaire and finding myself in the middle of an office romance—breaks all the rules.

Work for a short-term assignment at one of the world's most elite luxury resorts in the mountains? Yes, please!
I'll work AND play, hang out by the pool and read, drink fancy cocktails, enjoy the spa, and hope to cure my career burnout.
It doesn't hurt that gorgeous, rich men are around every corner, one in particular who pays attention to me.

But Junior Steele isn't just a pretty boy looking for a fling. He's in charge of the Steele Valley resort and heir to a fortune, and our attraction to each other quickly gets in the way of work.

Just when I'm starting to think there's something real between us, his family rival threatens to take over the resort.
But with control for the company at stake, can I prove to him I can be his best asset, or will he suspect I'm to blame for all the trouble?

Welcome to the Steele Valley Resort, where hearts love deeper, the bedroom windows get steamier, and stakes are higher.

In this new spinoff series from Zee Irwin’s Fated Loves Series, come billionaires who spend and love with reckless abandon while enjoying getaways to a small town mountain resort built for the rich and famous.

Loved this book. A real page turner. The chatacters all come alive. It's the kind of story I dont want to see end. I buy Zee's books in paperback. There is something about holding the book in my hands. I also get a kindle copy. That way I can reread it later. Each story line is so different and has surprises. Can't wait for the next story!

I loved Angel and Junior’s romance, the setting, and all the characters introduced in Zee's new series! My biggest complaint is they are almost too perfect! But heck, it’s a billionaire romance, I’m not reading for a dose of reality! Junior was just the best and Angel was spunky but vulnerable.

I tore through this romance in a day- and can’t wait for Sizzle (I can’t with that name, ha!) and Molly!

I took some time to figure out what I wanted to say about this book.

I really liked Angel in the beginning, I thought she had confidence up th wazoo. But as you get more into their story you realize she is lacking in that department. I found her to be childish and petty at times. All that was missing was the foot stomp.

As for Junior, I truly liked him, he was always making sure to be there for Angel. But it was a constant push and pull with her.

I truly didn't feel her attraction to him but I definitely saw his to her, he made it very clear.

Overall it was an OK read but that is just my opinion.

What You Give follows Angel and Junior while What You Take follows Molly and “Sizzle” Joe a couple of years after. Both are really enjoyable heart-warming quick reads. Angel and Molly are independent, stubborn best friends that capture the attention of Junior and Joe. There is instant attraction and a week to remember.

I adored Junior and Joe, they were both sweethearts that just wanted to love 🥹

Junior and Angel drew me in right from the beginning. Angel is a burned-out CPA who has decided to make her next job a work vacation. When her car breaks down the only ones available are expensive models. She goes for the Lamborghini and when she arrives, she is mistaken as one of the wealthy guests. Junior is captivated with her from the start as she is to him. What starts off as mistakes on both parts turns into so much more between them. As the week goes by their bond is formed and when a takeover comes about Junior and Angel teams up together. Will they avoid the takeover, and will their relationship turn into something more meaningful that leads them toa happily ever after? I enjoyed their story and found myself cheering for this couple!
