    It's been a long time since I read a book in 24 hours flat. Procrastinating household chores, and even some actual work deadlines to read something. But this book was just that addictive and unputdownable that I had to make an exception!

    From lovable characters that you want to root for, to a fast paced narrative, to a heartwarming HEA - this one had it all.

    The fact that the hero was inspired by Karna, my absolute favorite character from Mahabharata was just a happy bonus.

    Cannot wait to read the next one in the series, because I can already tell that this is going to be a fantastic quartet.

    When the character Jamie is introduced with a shade of dark side but in line with his heart in the right place especially when it comes to right over wrong proves that love always triumph when it is true. Aaliya no damsel in distress but a formidable character who can stand on her two feet. The simile of karan in Mahabharata to real life was the icing on the cake. The plot thickens and grips the readers imagination and transports them into the world of Jamie and Aaliya. A must read in the quartet series...
