    I don’t believe in giving a bad review, even if a 📕 is 😣, which this is 🚫. I’d rather not leave a review instead, possibly leaving ⭐️⭐️⭐️, instead of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I 📖 SO many wonderful 📚 that I find myself continually in a predicament with Goodreads rating system.
    Though I enjoyed this 📕 and even more so, because I am a HUGE fan of Rachel Ember, the cover was REALLY ❤️‍🔥 and the M/M/M even more so, my expectations were possibly too high.
    The 📕 is most definitely good, not ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ good, but better than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ good.
    The story, though possibly (and I’m not an expert) seemed not as realistic (and yes, I understand this is fiction). I totally believed in their relationship. I fell for the characters, yet it was hard for me to believe that individually they were all attracted to each other for several years, living in the same dorm room/apartment (I’ve already forgotten. Give me a break, I’m turning 62 in several months). Yet none of them had ANY inkling how each of them felt, never conveyed it, including their non-heterosexual feelings. C’mon, one is Gay and the other two are Bi, but they lived together ALL through college and NOTHING.
    Flash forward, the ALL end up together three years after graduation and a HUGE fallout between two of them and eventually end up together.
    Each MC are SO endearing (for me), it would be impossible to 🚫 fall for them. Individually, they are missing a component, a much needed trait/skill set to function in this 🌎 (as many of us do), but together, the 3️⃣ of them make not only a whole, but better yet, a family, in the truest sense of the word.
    ALL of the various supporting characters are MORE than just that because they are integral to the story, rather than in other 📚 where they are added to continue plot and in this case, as the reader, I found myself wanting to know more about them (even hopefully at a later date).
    The number of polyamorous relationships in this teeny, itty, bitty, little town seemed “surprising” to me (but hey, it’s fiction) and at times as I’ve found in other 📚 of this genre, the MCs keep falling back in “repetitive dysfunction mode”, even after crossing that hurdle and moving forward (which gripes the f*ck out of me; endemic of this genre and plenty of American 📺).
    But because of Jeb, Adam & Emery (Doug & Sherbet as well… don’t ask), I could not put this 📕 down, clearly did 🚫 want it to end and am anxiously waiting for more (whether an audiobook 🎧 version to tide me over; a sequel or other 📚 developing some of the OTHER players in “ILYBSM”).
    It will take 📖 this 📕 all the way through to see if (a) that’s a possibility and (b) if you would care. I expect BOTH will happen.
    As a personal side note, having participated in a # of multiple person sexual encounters and at least (2) repeat performance “couple” experiences, it was really nice to see a “throuple” that works. My history with the plus, plus one interactions is that somebody, inevitably gets left out or at least feels so (and/or) when entering an already “coupled” situation, one of the partners feels jealous and even worse, threatened.
    These guys truly love one another and (for me), it was impossible to not fall in love with them, their story (as well as the townsfolk and animals) in “ILYBSM”…

    What a pleasant surprise this book was! I grabbed it on a whim because the premise captured my attention and I am so glad I did. I just loved Embry, Jeb, and Adam. Their text threads were just fabulous and their relationship together was excellent. Everything wasn't all sunshine and roses, they fought and they had challenges, but they worked through them together by talking and by steaming up the sheets! There were some smoking hot 3 way scenes! I cannot believe this was written by 3 different authors. The writing was seamless and the story flowed so well. I can't wait to get Doug's book!

    Embry and Adam are so perfect together, they truly make a gorgeous couple. But if you are throwing in a third Jeb is the guy, he settles them, calms them. This booked really worked and you can see how they all fit, some threesomes just dont work in books but these guys definitely did. The goat was awesome and side characters awesome.

    This is the story of Jeb, Adam and Embry who were best friends in high school and who realize 5 years later that there is more than friendship between them.

    I was really excited to read an MMM book that takes place during the Christmas season. The story of these three men was cute, sweet and low-angst.

    It was beautiful to see how each one had a role in their relationship and that they were equal in every way.

    I loved and laughed at all the moments with Sherbert the Demon Goat.

    My only criticism is that I would have liked a little more steam. Each sex scene ended a little too quickly and left me wanting more.

    It still had all the feels you look for when reading a Christmas book and I enjoyed it.
