    This isn't just a program it's an incredible training tool! I was super excited when I saw this book was available, so definitely had to get my hands on one. I'm a strength and conditioning coach myself and it's hard to find material out there as comprehensive and useful as this.

    Another reason I really enjoy this book is that it's an actual training program too, it's easy to use and you don't have to study / understand sports science to make really good use of it.

    I love training with kettle bells and this program is perfect. It's not often that you can find a whole program based on kettle bells and this one is robust!

    I've done the first week of training and it's super comprehensive, achievable and it's so nice to be able to have a program that you can make notes on and record your training. The best part? It's not another app!

    I would recommend this book to anyone whether you are a part time gym user or interested in sports science, this book/training program is great!

    Thanks to tribrid training for a truly enjoyable program.

    I have bought both the kettlebell and barbell versions of Tribrid Training because I want to try both. The layout is really interesting, and I haven't seen anything like it before. It is a really cool concept.
