Abbie Wiggins was born in 1996 near Cardiff, Wales. She grew up in Holland and France before moving back to the UK with her family in 2015. In 2019, she received a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Brighton. Abbie started posting her writing on Instagram in 2018 with the aim to spread hope through social media.

This book has brought so much joy and hope back into my life ! Abbie put into words how I’ve felt and encouraged me along the way. This book is perfect for every stage of life and I will cherish it through every season. The book takes you along through your perspective of being in the storm and the other perspective counteracts the negative and shines light into the situation ! I 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone, however your season looks like right now.
