Omg this book was so good. I mean I am pretty sure I pronounced some of the names wrong as I read it, but either way the story was wonderful. I loved the fact that not only was there a glossary at the beginning of the book, but the meanings were also explained as we went along. The characters were well developed.     What a thrilling exciting world Ms. Blanco has created.
    Gods, goddesses, creations and humans.
    Good and evil and who will ultimately win.
    Dyletri is the god of lust. Being that entails more than just instilling lust in his clients.
    One just client needs to get pregnant which her husband cannot do.
    Dyletri is called upon to do that for them and from here starts a freaking snowball from hell.
    Everything spirals out of control and Dyletri let’s his feelings override reality.
    He is a good man (god). Caring, kind and loyal to a fault.
    He’s also possessive, dominant and sexy as sin.
    Ismini is a strong lady. She has known her destiny since childhood.
    Accepted it not liking it but will sacrifice herself for the greater good.
    She sassy and feisty. Gives as good as she gets.
    Even knowing what fate has in store for her she still doesn’t rollover and just submit.
    Her and Dyletri’s chemistry is instant, chemistry not love, this is not an instalove romance.
    The lust they immediately have for one another is absolutely hot!
    Btw he doesn’t instigate this intense feelings just so you don’t think he manipulates her.
    Their passion is undeniable and intense.
    Both trying to fight it but to no avail which leads to some sexy sizzling scenes.
    I loved this couple along with all the secondary characters.
    Ismini’s best friends are amazing and made for some laugh at loud times.
    And all of Dyletri’s friends are intriguing and each has a story of their own.
    Just hopefully the author will write.
    I throughly enjoyed every minute of reading this book.
    And I’m absolutely looking forward to more from this completed universe and the characters in it.

    Lust by N. Isabelle Blanco delivered a steamy and dark paranormal romance designed to titillate the senses. It had a mix of sci-fi, mythology, paranormal and featured a dark fated mate romance.

    SUMMARY
    Dyletri, the god of lust, lost the love of his life 14000 years ago. To bring her back to life, he entered a pact with the Fates, which involved sacrificing an innocent human female. The human female would be born 14000 years later. Her name is Ismini. Aware of her fate, she willingly embraced her fate. However, she never counted on falling in love with the person destined to take her life and whose heart belonged to someone else.

    To be honest, I picked up Lust by N. Isabelle Blanco for two reasons:
    1. The Cover
    2. The need to see how the author would handle the paranormal genre.

    However, Lust was nothing like I expected.

    I liked the premise and was curious to see how what outcome awaited Dyletri and Ismini. The story moved at a reasonable pace with well executed fight scenes. As this is the first book in the Ryze series, readers are introduced to an intriguing world. The world the author created was unique and quite interesting.

    I didn’t have strong feelings for Dyletri and Ismini. I actually preferred the secondary characters, some of whom had me laughing out loud a few times. Throughout the progression of the story, the reader learns that Dyletri and Ismini are fated mates who would fall in love with each other. However, I had a hard time accepting they were actually in love with each other. Lust formed the foundation of their relationship and continued to be the source, which fueled it. No true emotions existed between these two. Also, there were a lot of hot and cold moments on Dyletri’s part.

    Another thing I had an issue with was the pronunciation of the names. I appreciate when authors use unique names in their stories, but I would love pronounce them. All the characters had unpronounceable names. If that wasn’t difficult enough, the gods each have two names. Dyletri was also called Salicyar.

    The story surrounding Dyletri and Ismini tied up nicely, however, the main story arc remains incomplete, leaving readers with lots of questions.

    Overall, Lust was an average read. It didn’t take me long to get through it, but it didn’t deliver as I hoped. Readers who enjoy this genre and don’t have issues with the cons mentioned then Lust will make a great addition to their reading list

    Oooooh it has been too long since I have read a fantasy/paranormal romance that has really interested me so when I picked up Lust I really had my fingers crossed.  I has taken me what feels like forever to get back into the paranormal world but now that I have I am so super excited.  It is a steamy erotic romance, that will make you fall into a fantasy world of mystical fated mates.

    Lust is book 1 in the Ryze series.  The story centres around a group of Gods yes, your heard it right Gods otherwise known as Dirty talking sex on legs!

    Dyletri, the God of Lust has locked away his powers for close to 14,000 years.  A deal with the Fates to bring back his beloved requires a sacrifice.  An innocent. But what he could never expect is to discover how important this human who was so insignificant to him in one moment could actually turn out to be the key to his survival.

    Ismini, our heroine is resigned.  She has never had an easy life so sacrificing herself for a God to regain the woman he loves should be easy.  Except her feelings for this God make that anything but.  She has an inner core of strength and determination and will not be deterred from her path.

    They are both determined to fight what they are feeling.  Dyletri can hardly believe what he is feeling after being convinced he has loved another for so long.  Ismini will not let her feelings get in the way of what she has been told is her destiny.  These characters are so good together, their personalities mesh as well as their bodies (ooh la la!!).  But what was a real surprise were the side characters.  Ismini’s friends where a hoot and a half I loved the strength and love they showed for Ismini in her time of need, there was no leaving her side.  As for the other Gods, OMG I cannot wait to read their stories.  Everything single one seems to be very complex and deep, plus they all sound uber HOTT!!  Roll on the next book♥️📚
