    The Backside of Forty ladies are enlisted to save a witch from a cruel curse. As a gargoyle protector watches over their comatose friend, the ladies seek the one who cast the curse. A life for a life is the only way to bring Starla back from the brink and the clock is ticking. Another wild adventure across the pond, with the BOF three contending with a scorned witch and her crew of Tainted minions. I admire Ms. Trim's ability to continue bringing readers a unique magical experience with each of her tales.

    The BoF never gets a break. They just finished wrangling the Auric Blaze when a woman shows up in Fiona's driveway begging for help. Someone has cursed Starla with the nasty Curse of the Crimson Moon and none of them have a clue what to do to save her. It's going to take visit to the Protectorate Guild to find a gargoyle guardian to stabilize Starla and some detective work to find out exactly who cursed her in order to save her. Meanwhile, the three friends are under constant attack from Tainted witches. What's that all about? Will they be able to break the curse before someone breaks them?

    Backside of forty is trying save a person that has been cursed by a jealous ex-girlfriend. To help save her they must find a gargoyle that will slow the curse down so they can save her. This such great read, with some laughs.
