About the author

For years, Andrew spent day after day hidden in his man cave, scribbling stories and sketching the visions he saw in his mind’s eye.
These mysterious beings, these characters and monsters, they desired freedom. They wanted the world to know of them and to follow their adventures.
Because knowledge is power. Power to bring them into reality.
For years, Andrew struggled against the powers that be, desperate for these mystical tales to be unleashed into the world. But the publishing overlords refused.
Then, one day, Andrew said, “No More!”
He would find his own way of bringing them into the world.
Writing and creating furiously in the depths of his man cave at the behest of his fictional masters, the first of the Magi Saga books was born.
From that day forward, there was no going back.
His creation was released, and the world would never be the same again.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 1, 2020The wait for the re-release felt like it was forever but it was well worth it!
This is my favorite book so far! I love watching this former woman who some would have called a nobody or just a streetwalker become something and someone more! And she did have help from those she loves but she does it through the strength of her own character. She doesn't spend time in a pity party, she accepts things as they are for as long as she has to. Then, one the opportunity presents itself, she pushes past it. I really like this character that Mr. Dobell has created!
The story has a nice blend of drama, suspense, action, and magic! I have said this on previous reviews probably, but the world and system of magic that Mr. Dobell has created is my favorite one I have ever read, seen, or heard of... period!!
Please, please read these books!!!

- Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2020What an awesome third installment in the Kati Saga! This series has colorful characters and a heroine that you can't help but don't for. I can't wait to see what Amanda and her friends get up to next! Keep churning out the awesome stories Andrew!

5.0 out of 5 stars Book 3
Another great instalment. I am binge reading the series in reading order. This includes short stories titled Tales from The Magi Saga. Amanda discovers who her father is and that her mother may be called Sofia. Poor Alicia, Yasmin is a .......... oh and the description of THAT red dress and the book cover - wow.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wins & losses
Amanda continues learning, continues fighting, and experiences more of life. We learn of the origins of the term Magi and the reasoning behind it (quite interesting!) and Amanda learns something that she finds hard to accept.
I’m enjoying how this series is unfolding, and look forward to each book being republished.
