    Another fantastic read that had me clutching my pearls (for lack of better enthusiasm descriptors) while reading this book! Kate Tristan really takes the time to showcase the perspectives of multiple characters, main and side alike, to help the reader enjoy the flow of suspense. I cannot wait for the next book in the Merit Reid Crime Thriller series!!!

    After reading the first book in this series, I was very excited for the release of this book. I was not disappointed! This book is fast paced and engaging. You don't necessarily need to read the first book in the series, but you should because it's excellent. Can't wait for the next installment!
