This is going to be an amazing series! Dells is a widow after her husband did in an automobile accident.. I think mysteriously. Just quick references makes me think it's leading up to something big. Fella runs a second hand shop in the small to of Clover. Shy, not good with small talk, but likes people... and she adopted a big dog the keep her company, his name is Moose, you'll love this murder mystery in a small town����

I just finished. Murder in the Attic. I loved it! Della is a great character.
I have already pre-ordered the next book. This first one only took from late afternoon
to a little while ago. It's fun to meet ". new " friends.

This is the first in a new series by this author--and I just know I am going to love it.
Sometimes it takes a shock to pull yourself out of grief. Continuing your job does not always help-too many memories. But she was bound and determined to keep the store running. Finding a dead body in an attic of a house that might hold some stuff she could sell in her store, sure did it for Della Fox! She thought she was a suspect and figured she'd better try to find the real culprit!! She also adopted a mixed breed very large dog (who was a police dog drop out) which helped a lot. It gave her reason to go for walks and try to find out things. It also, in my opinion, gave her something to care for and who would give her unconditional love! She kept asking around and getting conflicting statements. She even joined a book club! She had spotted a pair of glasses and knew she had seen them before. Of course the police officer kept telling her to stop--and she did kind of. This is the first in a new series by this author--and I just know I am going to love it. I want to know what happens with the store, with her love life and a lot more--I am definitely looking forward to the next in the series!!

    I loved the story concept but had trouble with the misspelling of thr Sheriff's last name many times. He was listed as Sheriff Metcalf and Sheriff Mayfield, not certain what the characters name is supposed to be. Good storyline and a good read.

    When I had gotten this book, I thought to myself do I really want to read it? Well, I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. The book is great! It’s based in a small town called Clover Missouri. It’s a nice country town. The main character Della I’d different in my opinion than other characters from this author. I loved it. I also loved the fact that she got her dog from a pet adoption. That gave me the warm fuzzy feeling. It’s a good book and I can’t wait for the next book.
