Terisa Simonds is a sheltered rich girl living in a world where those with money spend their days in luxury, without a care, as androids do all the work, while the poor struggle on, completely beneath their notice. First Terisa lost her best friend Laura, when Laura's family fell from grace as their money dried up, but now, Laura had gone missing.

Terisa's attempts to find her friend are about to throw her into a world of corporate greed, corruption, and technology's darkest secrets. If anyone finds out she knows the truth, she will be disappeared too.
