This book grabbed me on page one and didn't let go. Diana was one of those characters that felt very real because her past was so well fleshed out revealing as the story goes on that she was basically raised to be a brat but that she became aware of it and changed because she didn't want to be that kind of person. She also proves everyone in her life who thinks she is made of glass wrong. She is a strong character who chooses to be independent and self-reliant even though her family always coddled her. And OMG when she is backed into a corner lookout. So real. So fun. Read it to the end, it is fantastic.

I love how M.M. always works humor into books about murder! Somehow it balances the seriousness perfectly. This was a great story that I think a lot of women will identify with. Yes it is blown out to the extreme but I've known so many women who have felt like the main character in this book. Trying to break out from a controlling family and feeling like the world only wants you for one thing. I love how Diana isn't willing to go down without a fight! Great fun read and a perfect end!

I read this one in one sitting and couldn't put it down. I am a fan of M.M. Boulder books and this one did not disappoint. I love how she can make me laugh during a book about murder! Sean was great and really added that playful element to the book. I feel M.M nailed how suspicious and powerless you must feel since you have no idea who the stalker is. Great book! I highly recommend it!

I have read all of this author's prior works and was looking forward to her latest novel. However, the plot is so over the top and unbelievable in terms of plot and character development that it cannot be taken seriously. The lead character is supposed to be a thirty year old career woman holding a responsible position, yet she allows her family to dictate all of her romantic relationship decisions and intrude into every aspect of her life. She truly believes that every man with whom she has a casual acquaintance could be her alleged stalker because ALL of them desire her so much. I couldn't believe her ridiculous relationship with her father and siblings, as well as her ex-husband and current fiance. I kept reading this book hoping for it to improve, but no such luck. The story almost became a satire of the psychological suspense novel because the events were so preposterous. I realize that the reader must be able to suspend some level of disbelief in order to enjoy the book, but this story was so illogical and the characters so obnoxious that I really didn't care what happened to any of them.
