Imagine hosting a dinner party where guests are welcomed with aperitifs, served appetizers, mains, desserts, and finally, a digestif. That's the structure they apply to workshops, and this book adopts a cookbook format, making session planning as delightful as orchestrating a feast.

Discover the book’s sections—Store Cupboard Essentials, Herbs & Spices, Recipes (Aperitifs, Starters, Mains, Desserts, Digestif), and The Washing Up—for ingredients to host engaging workshops. From co-facilitation tips to fostering psychological safety, choosing the right online tools, camera etiquette, and even incorporating game show-like prizes and props, this book is a treasure chest for facilitators.

Dive into the Appendices for an array of delightful "Welcome Back" greetings, quirky game show prizes, and check-in flavors to spice up your sessions. David Lowe, an Agile expert and author of multiple books, and Rafa Ribeiro, a certified Agile and Professional Coach, blend their experiences to deliver a recipe book for successful virtual gatherings.

With step-by-step instructions, recommended equipment, duration estimates, and free-to-use images, the book offers 24 activities ranging from Aperitifs that entice participants to Desserts that sweetly conclude discussions.

Love this book! A handy cookbook of fun activities to pep up your workshops. Presented clearly, simply and with great humour. My favourites: the caption competition, higher or lower and the welcome backs. A tasty read, and now I feel better for knowing what a mignardise is. Enjoy your meal!
