It been over a year since all the books of Paying to Win in a VRMMO was published. Nobody had put a review past volume 2, either people dropped it or people simply didn't want to give feedback.
So, here's my 2 cents.
Ichiro was not the center of the book but rather the side characters and mainly the maid, Sakurako. Sadly, not a lot of background info on the maid or how she met Ichiro. But, I do like her character, being the loyal servant and the last scene was a nice touch.
For the most part, I felt kinda neutral on the book. I was just leisurely reading for one scene to the next with mild interest. It has the a beach episode setting and an introduction of the big bad for probably near the end of the series.
But overall it’s average. There were nothing at stake and antagonism from Nem towards Iris. It's mostly a set-up for the big battle between those two in the next volume.
