This book was so good! I love Primo and Isabella together. They both have such strong personalities and challenge each other in just the right way. The plot had me invested! I needed to know what was going to happen next and how the trial would end! Isabella is so sweet and sassy. Primo is protective and he's a teddy bear with a tough exterior. When it comes to Isabella, he will do anything to protect the ones he loves. The spice in this book is so HOT!! If you're looking for spice, here it is! "Get on your knees and clean up your mess" I gave this book 4 stars because some things were predictable. Some things were a little cheesy, but it was still so cute and a good read.

    I found the authors writing style was fine. The storyline moved at a good pace, and kept me for the most part interested. I will say after the first sex scene I pretty much just skimmed them because I can only take so much of you filthy slut, you dirty slut, lick your juices off the leather, etc. I find it interesting that women who have no clue about bondage in these books, take to it like they were born doing it. I will say at least in parts of the book she did get BDSM closer to reality. Not sure if I’m gonna read any of the other books in this series.

    This was dark mafia romance at it's finest. We meet Isabella first. After her father, a mafia lawyer, was murdered, she was forced to take over his business in order to pay off his loan shark debts. Unfortunately, that also means replacing her father as the lawyer for the Maldonado family, and since the head of the family is current heading to trial for a murder charge, things aren't exactly going the way she planned. She meets Primo in prison, and he is less than thrilled she has taken his case. He assures her that he will find a replacement for her, but as the weeks go by he seems to grow more confident in her abilities. He is also extremely attracted to her and has no problem making that very well known. Initially as a way to scare her away, it draws her in further, and together they explore what it might mean if they both let their inhibitions go.

    This book had me from page one. The tension between Primo and Isabella is there from the moment they meet, and it's palpable every time they are in close proximity which is basically all the time. Primo is hot for her and looking for a playmate. Isabella is trying to keep things professional but can't deny her attraction to him. It's a forbidden romance, enemies to lovers delight. Primo is strong and domineering and has much darker tastes than anything Isabella has experienced, but to her surprise, she is very intrigued and eager to learn... and please. This romance is definitely on the darker side so check your trigger warnings first, but it is hot and I definitely can't wait to dive into Prince of Chaos next!

    I was hooked onto this one right from the start as soon as I read about Isabella visiting Primo in the prison informing him that she would be his representation from now on.
    Primo was arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Yes, he comes from the Mafia world yet this one was definitely being wrongly tagged onto him.

    Now that Primo's father is also in prison, he's the one who headlines the family business but how can he oversee everything when he is shackled and does not even have his own freedom.

    Isabella on the other hand is fighting the loan sharks that are back of her life. Since her father died and as he represented mobsters, she has no one to exactly ask for help, not even her sister can help her.

    Picking up her father's old cases, Isabella becomes the lawyer for Primo Maldinado and even though he does not like the fact that a woman will be fighting for his freedom, Isabella is heck bent on proving him wrong.

    I was so excited and curious too, to see how Isabella would win such a difficult case especially when her client himself showed little faith in her.

    Isabella might be scared but what I admired about her is she still squares her shoulders and fights not only her own self doubts but also Primo not believing she could win this case.
    In spite of being in so much danger from the loan sharks and now taking on a high profile case that nobody wants to touch, Isabella is one brave woman.

    It made sense that Isabella fought her attraction towards Primo every step of the way and yet once she gave in, their chemistry and times together were Hot and Filthy and kinky.
    I have to say though, there's this one kink that didn't do it for me and I honestly didn't like it but otherwise I was melting with how dirty Mr. Maldinado was with his Isabella. ❣️

Both of them had strong personalities and I admired Isabella's loyalty and Primo's fierce protectiveness. I was so invested to know what will happen next and while some parts of the book felt dragged and predictable but I really enjoyed reading this book it was entertaining and fast paced.

    Awful and not believable in anyway. The characters of the characters kept changing from sentence to sentence. I just couldn’t stomach all the inconsistency and gave up the struggle before I could even reach the halfway mark.
