- Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2025Makes you continue to wonder how the killer or killers head from being caught. Couldn’t figure it out until the very end.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2025Reading Rough Justice was a whirlwind. But it made me see London through different eyes, the eyes of a bum. This twist made a great book even better. Action and Social Conscience all in one. Highly recommend it.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 1, 2024Biba Pearce creates enigmatic characters you just can't forget. Her newest protagonist is one example. Intelligent, street smart, tough, and broken. Set in a realistic London, as is her Rob Miller series, this explores so much more than the murder that needs solving. It's also a heartbreaking look into the lives of the homeless, but those suffering from PTSD. For all aspects of the book, I can't praise it highly enough. This series is definitely a must-read for me!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2024I thoroughly enjoyed this read. Shrap gripped me from page one, and I did find this book very hard to put down. Only wish two things were true: there is only a second book in the series, and if not out till September of 2025. I'd love to read her ongoing story, and hope it leads to her fulfillment. Kudos to the author
- Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2024This was an amazing story which grabbed me and pulled me along at a fast speed. Although I have never been around them personally, It made you realize that street people are real people too and could have been someone who was productive before they fell on hard times due to reasons unbeknownst to us. This book is well worth reading - you won't be disappointed.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2024Tragic story but for the grace of God go any of us. Great human interest story delivered brilliantly and full of twists and turns. A very talented writer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Unputdownable.
Intense and riveting and I could not stop reading. I would give it 10* if I could! Shrap is an intelligent, ex military officer now living on the streets of London as a way to cope with her PTSD. When her friend is murdered she’ll stop at nothing to bring him justice. Can’t wait for book two.

5.0 out of 5 stars A battle against injustice
Shrap Nelson is determined to find justice for the murder of her friend, Doug who had saved her life on many occasions. In spite of being homeless and suffering from PTSD in addition to being belittled by the cops, Shrap courageously goes ahead with her own investigation dancing with danger. A well crafted page turner which set my pulse racing with its unexpected twists and nailbiting suspense.
