So just when I was out here swearing that no book would come close to book two for me in this series Benito and Harlow came in like "OH YEAH??? HOLD MY BEER!" MY GOOOOOODNESS I LOVED THIS BOOK! Harlow is the PERFECT match for Benito in every way. Its crazy meets crazy at it's finest and its absolute fire when these two are on page together. They take "you're mine" to the next level and it was intoxicating to read. I loved the progression of their relationship throughout the book. Their enemies to lovers dynamic was perfectly paced and nothing felt too soon or forced. I don't think anyone else could ever love the other as unconditionally as these two would and that's what makes them so perfect for each other. -Crazy MC+Crazy MC -Arranged marriage -Enemies to lovers -Forced proximity -Possessive MCs / ALLLLLLL the "no one touches what's mine" vibes I AM BEYOND EXCITED ABOUT THE NEXT BOOK!!!!!!!!!

    Has Big, Bad, Boss, Benito finally met his match in Harlow? Yeah, if it's a match made in Hades. Despite the extreme violence this story is funny. I know, I know, but as Harlow might say, yeah it's bloody, gruesome, blah blah blah, but soooo funny. I was actually laughing out loud. Even the sex, though off the charts hot, erotic, steamy, and insanely depraved was, wait for it...funny! I had to delete 1 star because of the gaping holes (keep your minds out the gutter people) in the plot. By the end of the story it was almost a farce but the Authors are so good at what they do I didn't mind looking past some ridiculous scenarios since I was laughing so hard I didn't care!

But deep down he is an injured soul who doesn't believe he can be loved. Benito has alot on his shoulders. He is the head of his family. He is shocked by his attraction to Harlow. I loved how open Harlow was with his sexuality. He was hilarious. The two together are so mix matched that they are perfect. There is alot of drama. Some violence. Knife play. Choking. Spanking and so much more! These two together are a raging fire storm!!! I couldn't put this book down and stayed up all night reading. I can't wait for the next book in the series! I need more!!!!

    No lie, I was almost scared away at the beginning. These two men were NOT giving me the confidence they'd find their way to each other. They were too similar - stubborn, violent, focused, self-centered, and a little crazy.

    At the start of the story, Benito was about to enter into an arranged marriage to solidify some alliances between his family and another. This was fine with Benito - the woman he was going to marry seemed docile enough that he could deal with it. Unfortunately for him, as he showed up for his nuptials, the other family made a switch and presented Harlow instead. Being presented with a man to wed was not ideal, but Benito would do what he needed for his family.

    As these two begin their "life" together, neither one wants to be there. Harlow has been mistreated and thrown by the wayside his whole life and Benito has no desire to entertain someone, especially a man. This leads to conflict between them, schemes to escape, and several other concerning choices. It was through these schemes that we started to see there could be more to their relationship than previously thought.

    Overall an interesting story.

    Definitely the most unhinged couple I've ever read. Neither of them is happy with the marriage imposed on them, and the bloody fight is their only form of communication.
    Benito, whose patience was tested in the first two books, now has to deal with a husband who manages to drive him crazy. Harlow is completely insane and his solution to everything is to stab people left and right, but little by little he will discover that he can feel more emotions than deep hatred.
    Believe it or not, they make a super nice and funny couple to read about. The last 25% of the book had me with a smile on my face.
    Although the books are quite long, they are thoroughly enjoyable with a plot that deserves its length and never gets boring.
    The Vitales have won my heart. Don't be afraid of red flags and go read them!

    this is how to write an enemies to lovers. What a story guys, I held my breath until the end. For now, it’s the story that struck me the most, both in terms of twists and turns and the evolution of the relationship between Benito and Harlow. The wedding scene was epic, it will stay in my memory 24/7. As you continue reading these books you discover different facets of the various characters and, above all, you delve deeper into their way of interacting. Judging by the ending, the next book will be a nice roller coaster too!

    The story was absolutely fantastic, keeping me thoroughly engaged throughout, it also had lots and lots of very hot steamy s+x. 🥵 I do love the Vitale’s and their men and each of their stories are unique to them.

    The characters were amazing - Benito is such a strong tough controlling man, who over works himself to keep his brothers safe and the family business growing. But underneath he’s bruised and battered by a dad he can never please and an ex he loved but who betrayed him in the worst way possible. He’s forced into a marriage to a meek woman, to grow allegiances and stabilise the family. * Simple - estranged marriage, grown the Vitale businesses, knock out a child or two, and go on their separate ways, easy…..or so he thought!!!

    Harlow, a mafia son, is more unhinged than Giancarlo, and that’s saying something!! He’s a ballistic psycho who loves nothing more than stabbing people with knives he seems to magically find, and he doesn’t hold back, even against Benito. But like all of these men underneath he’s just as damaged by his parents. He a product of an affair by his father and he and his half brothers constantly remind him of this and look down on him. He’s their henchmen which has worked well for him, he gets to stab whilst protecting his sister. Until she gets knocked up and can’t marry Benito!

    Their first meeting is in church on their wedding day!
    Harlow is strapped to a gurney with a horse bit in his mouth as he got even more stabby when told of his forced nuptials!
    I mean who marries a man strapped down and gagged…. Benito Vitale, that who 🤣😆
    Not that either of them had a choice in the matter!

    Their relationship is just brilliant, their violence towards each other is their own personal love language! I loved how they went from hate to love and how that loved changed them, it was such a fantastic journey to read.

    It was brilliant to see more of Enzo, Tex, Giancarlo & Ash, along with new faces. I can’t wait to continue the series and Gianpaolo story. He’s the hidden FBI brother we’ve only had a small glimpse of in Benito’s story, so it’s all an excitingly new angle.
