I simply love Morgan Lysand’s writing! I have read three of their books so far and have loved them all.
Sea and Sky is an Epic Fantasy MM Romance between a Dragon Shifter Prince, Gavin, and a Pirate Merman, Kyler. Gavin is the third son of the King, the spare for the spare. It isn’t his dream to become king, he wants his Grand Mage status and to explore the world. He has a childlike obsession with Mer and wants nothing more to meet one. He is sweet and caring even though his upbringing did not instill these traits. He wants to help Kyler obtain his freedom from the Pirate Captain Vex. Kyler, much like Gavin, doesn’t let his tragic circumstances taint his good heart. These two are so sweet and try so hard to fight against their feelings, afraid to hurt the other.
The spicy scenes are hot as hell!! Lysand has a gift for writing Mer spicy scenes, seriously go read Merman Kisses and Starving Incubi. Morgan also has Sweetheart Daddy coming out September 29th as part of the Multi Author Sweetheart Escape series. So I’m looking forward to that!

When I got this book for an ARC read I was actually really excited as I have been into this whole Paranormal Romance kick lately. I was excited to jump into Morgan’s world of 🧜🏼♂️& 🐉 So even though I have had this convo with Morgan, this is not a book I would have normally picked up on my own but I definitely did enjoy the journey that Morgan took me on. It was definitely unexpected. The chemistry between the 2 MC was 🥵 as all give out and I was soooooo here for it. There was a water scene that made me think I found a new kink when it comes to merman 🤷🏻♀️ just saying. It was definitely 🥵 to read. I enjoyed the journey these 2 MC went through to get what they wanted. The way their friendship flourished was to beautiful. Even with them both having their own agenda for this Phoenix Stone, it didn’t take away from them getting to truly get to know each other and fall hard. Gavin was so protective with Kyler and wanted nothing but the best for him. He wanted to get Kyler free from the awful man he was bonded to in the worst way. If you are into Pirates, Dragons and Merman, this is the book for you. It was a good read. Even though I say paranormal, it was that but at the same time way different (in the best way) Like I said if you are into Pirates, Dragons & Merman, go and grab your copy now. Don’t miss out on this book. Morgan did a great job and thanks to her I was able to get my hands on it.
