    Although the story was rather short, (I finished in within an hour) it was interesting and the author was able to incorporate good character development and world building. It's an interesting concept that I found new and refreshing. I'll certainly be adding the next book to my KU!

    Who wouldn't mind a benevolent shape-shifter that can turn into any of your favorite hotties? This is a light read that gets you to the sexy action you want quickly while maintaining a fast-paced plot with a side of sci-fi action. Despite its quick pace, the story manages to squeeze in both humor and subtle political points while keeping it sexy, too. I did have questions about certain attributes and abilities the shifter possessed, but why spend time theorizing when you just came for a good time? One minor criticism is that the affection between the main character and her hot, new friend seems to come on suddenly without any precipitating interaction, and their subsequent strong bond isn't quite believable--on the other hand, it gets the reader to the spicy scenes quickly and efficiently reaches the story's conclusion.

    I liked the story. Very enjoyable. The sharpest was interesting. And it made me curious about the fire fighter calendar. On the 2 flames scale of sex but I'm happy with that.

    I like how the sci-fi world building sets up the story and the shifting timeline gives us some good insight into the charecters journey. As when it gets to the sexy, its really well writen and hot.
