The intern and the CEO, obviously the CEO has all the power but not in the bedroom as it’s the intern that is the dominant. I love when the power shifts unexpectedly and wonderfully. The smooth transition from Ice Queen CEO to dropping to her knees to worship her Mistress was so satisfying. Chloe, the intern, had it bad right from the start and it was quite entertaining reading how she was trying to separate her professional persona with her intense desires for her CEO and submissive.

    Came across Scarlett Grace via kindle suggestion with the West End series that thanks to KU I read in one evening. I had downloaded this title but by chance read the prequel by way of a free download that provides a good intro.

    Really enjoyed the story and characters obviously would end with a HEA but still provided surprises right to the end.

    Recommend as an entertaining read that is short enough and compelling enough to finish in one sitting.
