    This story was amazing, painful and then amazing again. I was furious watching Quinn have to deal with her psychopathic father, her disinterested "mother" and her criminal husband. I felt her pain. I teared up over her losses and I wanted to smack her as I watched her almost lose Logan again.

    We all need a Lily in our lives. She made some mistakes, big ones, but at the end of her road, she did her best to make amends. I loved this book and was captivated from start to finish. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

    This book was heartbreaking and healing. I loved going through Logan and Quinn's process. Logan took a huge risk, putting his heart out there betting on Quinn. Who wouldn't want a man to do that for you?? I could feel everything Quinn was going through, including her frustration that she just couldn't get passed her fear. The author told an absorbing story that flowed well and made me feel the story. I will definitely continue the series. I voluntarily read this free book.

    LOVED this story! I was captivated before the end of the chapter. There are only 2 reasons why I didn't give this book 5 stars. The first and biggest reason is that Logan could not be a Lt. In the Marines. He went in straight out of high school and could not have been an officer without a college degree. My husband was in the Corps, so that detail really bothered me. 2nd detail was that Riley's last name kept going from Langdon to Landon in the book, the inconsistency bothered me as well.

    This was an okay read. I can only give this book: 3 and a half stars.

    Quinn had a controlling and corrupt father. He forces her do things, that will have a permanent negative effect on his daughter’s life and... All for his profit.

    Logan is the love of her life and Quinn is it for him as well. Until, the inevitable happens. Secrets, Sins and Lies are woven throughout this book. Quinn is struggling with fear. A broken Quinn and Logan are slowly being restored.

    Bree was the perfect friend for Quinn and Ethan was the perfect friend to Logan. Who would have thought that Ethan (full of mischievousness) would be in the profession that he was in and seemed to love it and be very good at it???

    CONS: There seemed to be somethings missing. For me, it felt incomplete. The ending was rushed. There wasn’t any in depth information or detail as to what Quinn had went through during her 10 year hiatus from Logan. There were no details as to what she endured during her marriage. And did Logan and Ethan track Riley and his goons down??
