A Sparkling Regency Romance.
Upon the death of her father, Miss Lucia Luckington returns from school to discover that her meagre inheritance is not enough to keep herself, her cousin Grace and their old governess, Miss Morrison. Something must be done.
Lucia comes up with a Grand Plan to make Grace a successful seamstress, but it will require the efforts of all three ladies to make it work. MELINDA HAMMOND was born in the West Country and grew up with a love of reading and history.     Most Regency heroines don't have money worries. Lucia does and she sets about solving her problem by becoming an entrepreneur. Some of it goes well and some of it doesn't, but the story is delightful. And yes, there's a happy ending. Of course there is. It's a Melinda Hammond. Thoroughly recommended
