This saga just keeps getting better and better! This installment still has the sweet love story and entertaining humor of the others, but this one includes a thrilling element of danger that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I loved watching the way Kaylob and Blake's relationship had to change because they both loved Beth Ann so much. And the glimpses of Beth Ann's childhood were so heartwarming and made me so glad that there's an entire book about when she was growing up so that I could read it all for myself! Can't wait for the next book to come out!

Brenda Ashworth Barry has out -done herself with this one. I couldn't put the book down, wondering what was going to happen next. The writer has you on the edge of your seat through most of the book You're also left with a cliff hanger at the end. It had me wanting the next book NOW!

What a tension filled book. Someone is after Beth Ann and yet she doesn’t listen to her inner voice. Funny how so often we do that in real life, ignore the clues. Beth Ann ignored vital things that were going on around her, pushing them away as paranoia or just her imagination. The book is well written and takes you on a journey of mystery and murder. It leaves you on the edge of your seat and wanting to help Beth Ann. But she surprises everyone, including herself. Sometimes we don’t give ourselves enough credit for strength and in this story, Beth Ann most certainly finds her strength and womanhood. I loved watching her grow into, a powerful woman and I have to say she blew me away in many scenes. Great story and great coming of age, but not just coming of age, but embracing the woman she is. If you like mystery, murder, survival and creep. This book is for you. It also leaves you hanging for the next installment.

Once I started reading June's Stolen Rose, I could not put it down. Following Beth Ann and Kaylob in their journey has been a real treat. Brenda Ashworth Barry keeps them real. Their thoughts, their actions, their conversations draw you in like you were there. Seeing Beth Ann find her inner strength and what she did to survive the kidnapping was inspiring. To see Blake struggle with his feelings for Beth Ann and coming to the realization that she belonged with Kaylob, was sad in a way, as you could feel his pain. Watching Kaylob struggle with his feeling for Blake and come to the realization that Blake loved her and their love for her was going to get the both of them trough this if they were going to find her. Brenda writes in such a way that you feel their love, their joy, their pain. I laughed, cried and sat on the edge of my seat all the way through the book.
