About the author

Jason Curtis (Coach Curtis) is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach and bestselling author who has published over a dozen books on the development of health, fitness and sports performance. He owns and runs an S&C gym in the UK and works with hundreds of clients and athletes each week.

Great book on strength training. Everything is explained and in simple terms. Great variations and over all a great insight to strength training.
Highly recommend for anyone interested in strength training for all levels.

The best part about this book is it covers a ridiculous amount of content in an unbelievably clear way. You can literally flick through the book and take in loads of new information - I also have the Warm Up book and the author puts everything together in a way that makes the information incredibly easy to take in.

I have bought a few books on resistance training recently and I am really impressed with the approach this book takes. The info on programming is great and the detail on all of the exercises (over 100) is brilliant.
