    Kudos to the author for a well done, apparently first published, book. The characters are sweet and easy to relate to. The plot alternates between sweetness and a bit of tension . It does have a HEA ending. That being said, I did have a few small issues with the content. All in all a pleasant read despite it's flaws.

    Maybe I'll see the author at the MUNY.

    Warning, spoiler alert.

    First, when Steevie is detained by David, there were no locked doors or bars in the windows that would have prevented Steevie from escaping. Steevie stayed that way for 6 months. If it were me, I would have been out the door at my first opportunity.

    Second, when David picks up Steevie after his drunken episode David tells Damien "don't hurt him." Damien takes offense. My take is it was a Daddy simply saying that he didn't want to see someone that had been important to him hurt.
