Love the entire series.
I initially read on kindle, truly felt a connection to Enzo (I’m autistic as well). I love them together and they show how a person can give you life from their love. 🥹I love all the brothers but Enzo has a special place in my heart.

    I loved this book so much. It was the perfect dark romance and I ate it up. And it was a mxm so I loved it even more. You have a cop Tex who dreams of being a detective like his hero dad and then you have Enzo the psychopath mobster who belongs to the Vitale family, the mob family Tex wants to bring down for his dream. Things get a little complicated when Tex and Enzo they both spiral down the dark path between love duty,and family. What is right and what is wrong. They can’t seem to stay away from each other, it becomes one obsessed toxic passionate and fiery love story you can’t get enough. Did I mention the spice is spicy.

    The storyline came up short and I didn’t feel the connection between Tex and Enzo. I knew pretty early on that Tex’s police partner was bad. Tex and Enzo’s relationship seemed like it was based on sex from the beginning so I didn’t feel the relationship as much as I have read in other MM romance novels. This was a one and done read for me.

    I always like when a character displays a disability all the way throughout the book and these authors did it justice. It’s not always the thing that stands out but can be in the background and have small but meaningful aspects. The added fact that it’s not pointed out and just accepted was even better.

    I really liked relationship between these two, and as it’s pointed out it’s the good guy and the bad guy ending up together which is always fun to watch unravel. Will be reading book 2.

    Take me apart is book one in the Vitale Brothers series and it’s the first book I have read from both of these authors and I am glad to say I was not disappointed at all!! This book was a phenomenal read! It had all the things I love about mäfìä romance and MM romance all wrapped into a perfect storyline. In this book we meet Enzo & Tex. A cop looking to make a name for himself with some skeletons of his own he’s running from & a ċřìmìnäl that enjoys tørtüring the people that have wrong him or his family, and that thrives in things being in order. I loved the level of details put into every scene/ scenario it made it so easy for me to sink into the story and wanting more!! I truly couldn’t put it down! I really enjoyed the banter between the characters but I also enjoyed being able to meet important side characters too and kinda start piecing together their importance for the book and the books to come. Tex & Enzo just made scene for me I never questioned them it was just too perfect of a connection between the two of them!!
