    I usually hate self-help style books. There always either too “woo” for me to take serious, or they’re just regurgitated ideas from other books I’ve already read.

    This book was a diligently written piece of experience that encompass all men.

    I especially found the chapter on Addiction much more relatable as my best friend, my little brother, is addicted to sex and had a hard time understanding how damaged he had become.
    I also loved the carefully crafted idea that the world needs both masculinity and femininity and None of them are toxic,the only thing toxic is imposing and asking someone to be something they are not.

    With personal experiences from life, Purdeep has truly saved a life- my little brother's.

    I think this book is at least a must read for people who want to lead a "Complete" life.
