    The whole series was great! Fae, shifter fae, humans, not-quite-human, the series has them all. Each book needs to be read in order but they're quick reads and flow nearly seamlessly from one story to the next. Lots of humor, endless smexy scenes, good character development. There is MM action which I normally don't care to read but it was presented in a hot and humorous way which I enjoyed. Each book ends on a cliffhanger except the last book which ends with a sweet HEA.

    I read all five books in this series. Enjoyed them all, the fourth one the least. The books flowed together nicely and the ending didn’t feel like a heavy cliffhanger. All I can say is a lot can happen in a day. I was disappointed with the ending as it was too common and vanilla. All these characters deserved a much more dramatic ending.

    I inhaled all the other books the first go around, and decided to read them again before starting the last one.
    This one was a bit anticlimactic for me. The spicey stuff was good and all, but the whole council mess was a weird detour. It built up to some drama, but nothing really came of it. It's like the council was just a figure head going thru motions. It was unclear where they ranked with the other royals, who was in charge of the whole fae realm, what laws they had to abide to. Causing a disturbance like that with a bunch of royals and council would have caused the fae-mates to be hunted for years. It's no big deal a frozen royal got killed, no consequences, nothing.

    I would have rather seen claiming go as it should have, leave the council be. They didn't really add anything to the story for me, but raised a bunch of questions that were not answered. Then maybe have the frozen royal try to steal her, and then he gets killed for it.

    A wrap-up of a story was weak for me. They all just sort of walked/ran out of the brawl and that's that. It didn't make sense to have all them big fae in her apartment either.

    The spice, tension, energy and style of writing was on point for me. P did get out of line and was really rude at times, but overall I loved her sass. The guys "sort of" learned to share towards the end.

    I hoped for more "mate" explanation. Why the 6 were attracted to her and not the other fae? What was so special about her fox? Why her being a demi was a problem vs her being a human? Is she supposed to be introduced to each mates kingdom/territory? How is she going to be a queen to 4 different territories? Does she not have any responsibilities?

    I'm hoping to see more of this author's work soon and watch her progress as a writer.
