Lyn Penman has written this book in such a way that you feel like she is with you. It is an easy read and not heavy going at all. I love the way Lyn explains how to manage your negative thoughts and how to manage your mental health. I can relate to this book so much and what Lyn went through. I am a Mum of 2 gorgeous sons, experienced divorce, went through a break down and stress from teaching. This book has helped me understand my experiences and how it has affected my personal journey. I am in such a better place now, married to the love of my life and in a new career. This book is so positive and is a way forward for me to appreciate living in the present moment and enjoying it all. I will recommend this book to all my friends/family. Thank you Lyn so much!!!

Amazing book, such an easy read and well presented you feel like lyn is there throughout the book and helping you each step of the way with loads of techniques and support. It gives you an understanding of how our brain works and where best to be in mind . Great book for anyone who suffers with anxiety.
