Your boss, your spouse and family members, church leaders, the advertising media, the government, and a wide variety of financial advisors continuously offer advice. A common characteristic of this advice is that it tells you what to do.

If you only know what to do but not how to do it, then you are left with trial and error as a method for accomplishment. Trial and error greatly increases the risk of doing anything new to the degree that many people accept the limitations of the status quo rather than risking the action to get the changes they want.
Entrepreneurship is not taught in the government-dominated education system or in private schools, either. For this reason, most entrepreneurs learn through baptism by fire—a method that can be both expensive and time-consuming. We don’t presume to know the exact business that is best for you. Instead, we will show you how to discover your true purpose so that you can choose a business that expresses your own values and calls forth your passion.

We go beyond materialism in this book. Money can’t buy happiness. The paradox is that poverty surely produces unhappiness, anxiety, and dissatisfaction.
But we cover more than your personal psychology and mind-set. This book will change your life. If you want to start your own business, or if you want to increase your capacity to earn money with your current business, get this book. For me, 'Wealth Without a Job' taught me the entrepreneurial skills that weren't taught in school. Even more importantly, WWJ shows you how to disconnect the unconscious habits around money and finances that may be impeding your financial well-being. It shows you how to create healthier and more effective habits (and beliefs) around money. The result is that you can earn money more efficiently, more easily and without excessive pain or stress.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a book you work with, rather than simply read through. It is essential to do the exercises to get the results. The exercises, and written material that accompanies them, are well thought out and effective. You can feel the changes occuring in you as you progress.

As an added benefit, the roadmap for change contained in this book works equally well for other areas of life. If you want to experience greater abundance in your life, give it a try!

A good self-help course to get someone on track towards working independently with something they love doing. The material gave me some fine tuning but I had covered a lot of the material elsewhere though didn't mind the reinforcement. That's the reason I rated 4 stars. One of the better points I appreciated from reading the book is to remain on the 'cause' side of the equation (of life). For anyone wanting to break free from being an employee I'd recommend the book as an investment in that direction.

When I recieved this book, I cracked it immediately.

This book isn't a "step by step guide", but a handbook to be used repeatedly, referenced often, and drawn from as much as possible.

It contains a distillation of theories and practices that will, when properly applied to your thought processes, improve your thinking.

The concepts in this book depend on how dedicated you are to improving your status, your wealth building potential, and your quality of life. However, you will only get out of it what you put into it. Hey, that sounds familiar.

Invest in yourself by aquiring this book, and you're in for a fantastic time, mind expanding journey, and the opportunity of a lifetime. You can do it! Go for it!

I was totally disappointed and I think the title is very miss-leading, I thought the book would show you how to take your business to the next level so you would not be dependent on an 8 to 5 job. I thought it was a difficult and boring read and I read a lot of books, but could not finish this one.

This is a must read for anyone who wants more out of life. Wealth without a Job is one of the most financially beneficial books I have read in a long time. It takes your psychology and puts it in a money building mindset. The way I look at things now is more from a perspective of financial prosperity and gain instead of worrying about paying the bills or just catching up. In fact since reading this book my business has picked up tons of steam and I have been on a roll ever since. I would just like to thank Andy and Phil for writing this book. This should have come out years ago. Who knows where I would be now if I had it sooner.

Read this book. And get a pen and notebook. Do all the excercizes and be totaly honest with yourself. Your whole experiance with money past,present and future will change for you. This book is the real deal and the best that I have found hands down. You need this book in your success library.
