- Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2025Right away I want to make a note that this book is for readers that are on the much younger side. I say this because of how straightforward everything is in the story, and how simple the writing was. This isn't a bad thing, just something to keep in mind! Now, onto the actual content. I loved the rhyming scheme of the book, as it allowed the story to flow at an ideal pace. The message of the story was also perfect. It's so important to teach little ones about kindness right away so that they spread it around for the rest of their lives. It's clear that the author knew this while writing and an amazing heartwarming story resulted. Bravo!

- Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2025This book really tugs on your heartstrings! Plus it’s written so that children will “get it” too. I recommend it to people my age (61 years) but it is focused on engaging the younger set (3-7 years). I think it is actually ageless.
I loved the story! The book emphasizes the importance of team work but more importantly it teaches the recognition of problems others are having and that intervention is good.
The illustrations are engaging and colorful… perfect to appeal to young and old alike. They are simply drawn but beautiful!
The writing is flowing and easy to read aloud. I don’t think most children it is geared toward could read it themselves but it will definitely keep their interest.
